Intelligent, intuitive, customisable: Upgraded Opel Mokka infotainment system

New multimedia and navigation infotainment system takes Opel Mokka to next level. Cockpit utilises Qualcomm Technologies’ next generation Snapdragon Cockpit Platform and Snapdragon Auto Connectivity Platform 1 to enable premium in-vehicle experiences, including state-of-the-art graphics, multimedia and enhanced connectivity capabilities such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G.

Further developed bestseller now offers a 10-inch digital driver information display and an equally large colour touchscreen as standard. Latter can be easily operated via widgets, just like a smartphone – alternatively and in combination with the optional navigation system, a ‘Hey Opel’ is enough to use  natural voice recognition. Both displays can be personalised in many ways. System recognises driver's personal profile on connected smartphone; connection is always wireless in new Opel Mokka. Various virtual shortcuts can be set up on central screen and up to seven different colour schemes for preferred ambience offer further customisation options.

When ordered with integrated navigation system, map updates are made available automatically over-the-air. System also constantly learns and – based on habits of linked driver profile – independently suggests destinations and routes. myOpel app can also be used to easily send the destination and the corresponding route to the vehicle. Another advantage for drivers of all-electric Opel Mokka Electric: After entering the desired destination, the remaining charge level of the battery upon arrival is displayed. This is determined according to the previous driving style. Route can also be planned including charging stops along the way. System then calculates possible driving and charging times. And the screen of the battery-electric SUV provides customers with a wide range of information and statistics on energy consumption, charge level and remaining range, as well as energy recuperation.

So much information: ChatGPT makes new Opel Mokka even smarter

In addition, Opel offers an innovative solution for new Mokka and other models to make it easier to find your way around in unfamiliar surroundings or simply to make long journeys more entertaining: ChatGPT 2, which is available in conjunction with Connected Navigation. With functionalities of this generative AI technology, Opel drivers and passengers have access to a wide range of information from a long list of topics. Technology, developed by OpenAI, can return it to its users in a sophisticated and precise way.

For example, when looking for a restaurant in an unfamiliar city, ChatGPT 2 can make suggestions based on personal preferences and offers routing to the chosen destination. It can also answer questions such as which artist performed a certain song, who starred in a blockbuster movie – it can even create a quiz to increase the entertainment factor.

Thus, ChatGPT 2 is another example of how Opel is making top technologies accessible and affordable for a wide range of customers. This has also been recognised by the high-profile international AUTOBEST jury which awarded Opel and other Stellantis brands with the ‘SMARTBEST 2025’ for the introduction of ChatGPT 2 in their models. Award recognises pioneering solutions for onboard connectivity in vehicles.

Enhance convenience and security: Digital displays, multiple connectivity options

In addition to wireless connection of compatible smartphones to infotainment system, personal mobile device can also be charged wirelessly in centre console of new Opel Mokka. Furthermore, portable devices such as smartphones and tablets can also be connected via the USB-C socket in the centre console.

Elsewhere, the new high-definition 180-degree rear-view camera ensures excellent visibility when manoeuvring in the city. When reverse gear is engaged, the view behind the vehicle is displayed on the 10-inch infotainment monitor. In addition to visualisation, signal and warning sounds support manoeuvring in tight spaces.

In all of this, clarity and intuitive operation of assistance systems, infotainment and setting options such as air conditioning were focus of development of Opel Mokka cockpit. Engineers and designers have integrated some settings that could previously be controlled via buttons into the central colour touchscreen. And assistance systems, which are not essential for every situation, can be easily deactivated and switched on again at the touch of just one button. Entire cockpit design appears fresher and more desirable, as if from a higher vehicle class. For example, design of remaining switches for the electric parking brake and the selectable driving modes (on Opel Mokka Electric and automatic variants) comes from all-new Opel Grandland.

Opel: Strong growth in Italy in July

• Opel Corsa posts record sales results
• With 125 years of automobile production, every Opel model has at least one battery-electric engine

Excellent sales results for Opel in July in Italy with a 32% growth in registrations of cars and commercial vehicles compared to the previous year reaching a total share of 3.3%, corresponding to a growth of 0.7 percentage points.

The result is driven in particular by car sales, which saw registrations grow by 43% and share by 0.9 percentage points.

Great performance by the best-selling Opel Corsa which achieved record results: +140% in registrations, a doubled segment share (11.6%) and tripled contractual collection from private individuals.

This great appreciation from Italian customers allows Opel Corsa to be the third best-selling car in its segment and the fifth overall in Italy; furthermore, Opel Corsa is the best-selling German car in Italy.

The new Opel Corsa captivates with its refreshed design, which includes the characteristic Opel Vizor at the front and the Corsa lettering confidently positioned in the center of the rear. State-of-the-art technologies make driving more relaxed. The new Opel Corsa offers a fully digital cockpit based on the Snapdragon Cockpit Platforms from Qualcomm Technologies 1, with a new, intuitive infotainment system and a color touchscreen of up to 10 inches. New editions of the two models each have up to 18 assistance systems that make every journey more relaxing. New Opel Combo Electric: Maximum flexibility in a modern design

Opel Combo is the ideal family vehicle. The new model continues to offer the tried and tested virtues and increases driving and travelling pleasure with new technologies, connectivity solutions and comfort details. Customers can once again choose from two vehicle lengths: The 4.41-metre version (L1) offers space for up to five people, while the 4.76-metre version (L2) can optionally accommodate up to seven passengers in three rows. If desired, the Combo Electric offers additional flexibility with three individual seats in the second row. Passengers enjoy the best views with the panoramic roof with electrically activated sun protection and versatile overhead storage. In total, 27 storage options with a total capacity of up to 186 litres offer plenty of space for travel essentials or everyday items.

Whether planning a vacation or a large purchase, the new Combo Electric is the right companion. Depending on the seating configuration, the newcomer offers between 775 (L1) and 4,000 litres (L2; up to the roof) of load volume. Unique access option to the cargo area via the separately opening window in the tailgate and the horizontally foldable passenger seat backrest are particularly practical when loading the vehicle.

Increased range: Up to 330 kilometres on a single charge

Battery-electric Opel Combo Electric in particular offers travel-friendly and resource-saving mobility without compromises. On the one hand, thanks to the practical underfloor location of the 50 kWh battery, it has exemplary space in the passenger and luggage compartment. On the other hand, the new electric vehicle makes locally emissions-free travel even more pleasant and can travel up to 330 km (according to WLTP 1) on a single charge – around 50 kilometres more than the previous model. This is made possible by the further development of the fully electric drive train and the highly efficient heat pump, which helps to conserve battery range in low temperatures.

Powered by the electric motor with 100 kW/136 hp and 260 Newton metres of torque, the new Combo Electric can reach a top speed of 135 km/h. Depending on their personal preference, drivers can choose between the Eco, Normal and Power driving modes. To ensure particularly energy-efficient driving, the Combo Electric has a regenerative braking system that can be adjusted in three recuperation levels using paddle shifters behind the steering wheel. With the 11 kW on-board charger, the battery can be recharged to 80 per cent of its capacity in around 30 minutes at a 100 kW public charging station.

Safety first: 18 state-of-art assistance systems in new Opel Combo and Opel  Zafira

Safety is also part of a relaxed journey. And this is a top priority for both the new Opel Combo Electric and the new Opel Zafira Electric. For the first time in its history, the spacious Combo comes with the adaptive, glare-free IntelliLux LED Matrix light – class-leading. A total of 14 LED elements – seven on each side – ensure that the road is optimally illuminated in the dark and without glaring other road users. Opel Zafira also has full LED headlights that light up the night, providing the driver with the best visibility.

In total, new Opel Combo Electric and new Opel Zafira Electric each offer up to 18 state-of-the-art driver assistance systems. Highlights include Adaptive Cruise Control with stop & go function as well as the high-resolution 180-degree rear-view camera. IntelliGrip with hill descent control provides a firm grip on difficult surfaces such as snow, mud or sand. Sensors at the front and rear as well as flank guard and blind spot warning facilitate safe manoeuvring. Numerous additional systems such as Driver Attention Alert, Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Keep Assist and Forward Collision Alert with Emergency Braking complete the portfolio.

Safety and comfort are further increased by the ergonomic cockpit, which has been redesigned in both the people carriers. If desired, customers can order the fully digital 10-inch driver information display, which delivers all important information (including from the navigation system) and, for the battery-electric variants, also provides information on energy consumption and charging. The new infotainment systems with 10-inch colour touchscreen use the integrated Snapdragon Cockpit platform from Qualcomm Technologies2 and enable, among other things, state-of-the-art graphics, multimedia and computer vision functions. In addition, important functions can be operated via the “Hey Opel” natural voice recognition. Compatible smartphones can be wirelessly connected to the vehicle's multimedia systems using Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and charged inductively.

New Opel Zafira Electric:Comfortable, ultra-modern VIP shuttle for up to nine people

Anyone who wants to travel with a large family or needs a vehicle that is both flexible and comfortable to offer shuttle services will find what they are looking for in the new Opel Zafira Electric. The large people carrier is available in two lengths (4.98 metres and 5.33 metres) and offers space for up to nine people. If desired, it can be particularly comfortable in the rear with four independent, vis-a-vis seats. Sensor-controlled, electric sliding doors on both sides of the vehicle make it easier to get in and out of rows two and three. Optionally available panoramic glass roof creates an even more airy feeling of space and enables a clear view of the sky.

New Opel Zafira has a load volume of up to 1,500 litres in the configuration with nine seats. With five seats, up to 3,000 litres can be transported and 4,900 litres with two or three people on board. Further practicality is provided by the new Zafira Electric’s height – at just 1.90 metres it is fully suitable for underground car parks.

Travel further: Up to 350 kilometres on a single charge

In terms of efficiency and range new Opel Zafira Electric is even better than before. All-electric people carrier is available with either a 50 kWh or 75 kWh battery. With the further developed 75 kWh battery, a range of up to 350 kilometres (WLTP1) is possible between charging stops – over 20 kilometres more than before. To further increase energy-efficiency, the Zafira Electric has regenerative braking. The system can be adjusted to three recuperation levels using paddle shifters located behind the steering wheel. The shuttle and family all-rounder can be quickly charged with alternating current using the 11 kW onboard charger, which comes as standard in Germany. At a 100 kW DC fast charging station, the 50 kWh battery can be charged to around 80 per cent of capacity in around 38 minutes (45 minutes for the 75 kWh battery).

New Opel Zafira Electric is powered by a 100 kW/136 hp electric motor. Maximum torque of 260 Newton metres is available from the first squeeze of the accelerator, so that the locally emissions-free van can accelerate briskly up to a top speed of 130 km/h. Depending on their preferences, drivers can choose between three driving modes: Normal, Eco and Power.

The Opel LCV bestseller – like its smaller sibling, the Opel Combo – brings the characteristic Opel Vizor brand fascia to the LCV segment for the first time. The Vizor extends seamlessly across the front of the vehicle, integrating the headlights and the Opel Blitz emblem in the middle.

New Opel Vivaro Electric is available with either a 50 kWh or 75 kWh battery. With the further developed 75 kWh battery on board, a range of up to 350 kilometres (WLTP1) is possible without a charging stop – over 20 km more than before. To ensure particularly energy-efficient driving, the Vivaro Electric has a regenerative braking system that can be adjusted in three recuperation levels using paddle shifters behind the steering wheel. The electric vehicle can be charged quickly using the standard 11 kW onboard charger. At a 100 kW DC fast charging station, a short stop of around 38 minutes for the 50 kWh and 45 minutes for the 75 kWh battery is necessary to charge from 5 to 80 per cent of the battery capacity.

New Opel Vivaro Electric is powered by a 100 kW/136 hp electric motor. The maximum torque of 260 Newton metres is available from the first squeeze of the accelerator, so that the locally emissions-free van can accelerate briskly up to a top speed of 130 km/h. Depending on their preferences, drivers can choose between three driving modes: Normal, Eco and Power.

Completely new is the possibility of using the traction battery as a power source for other electrical devices. This works via the “e Power Take-off Unit” (initially with 400 V), which can be connected to the vehicle. In this way, no additional batteries or generators are needed. In addition, with a height of around 1.90 metres, the Vivaro Electric is suitable for underground parking and, thanks to the practical underfloor design of the battery, offers full versatility in terms of space utilisation and loading volume.

For those who want to drive with zero local emissions and “refuel” even faster, Opel will in future offer the further developed Vivaro HYDROGEN. The fuel cell vehicle has a range of more than 400 km (WLTP1) and can be refuelled with hydrogen in just a few minutes. Highly efficient diesel engines with power outputs from 88 kW/120 hp to 130 kW/177 hp complete the line-up.

The line-up of body variants is as wide as that of the drivetrain: the new Vivaro is available in two lengths (4.98 m and 5.33 m), as a panel van, a crew cab and a platform-chassis for a variety of bodies. Depending on the version, the new Vivaro offers up to 6.6 cubic metres of cargo volume and 1.4 tons of payload.

Car-like: New digital Opel Vivaro cockpit

The new Opel Vivaro cockpit welcomes the driver and crew with car-like ergonomics, comfort and styling. The new infotainment and navigation systems with a digital 10-inch colour driver information centre and 10-inch colour touchscreen above the centre console use – for the first time in Opel light commercial vehicles – the integrated Snapdragon Cockpit platform from Qualcomm Technologies 2 and enable, among other things, state-of-the-art graphics, multimedia and computer vision capabilities. Compatible smartphones can be charged inductively and connected wirelessly to the Multimedia infotainment systems via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Eighteen advanced driver assistance systems make work trips and manoeuvring easier and safer. The new Dynamic Surround Vision is particularly beneficial, especially in a panel van. The system comprises two cameras, one located above the rear doors and another under the passenger-side exterior mirror. The images – of the rear while driving and (when activated by the indicator stalk) of the side blind-spot – are displayed in the new high-definition digital rear view mirror. In comparison to conventional mirrors, the system provides increased vision, enabling the driver to manoeuvre more safely.

Systems such as forward collision alert with emergency braking, intelligent cruise control, lane keep assist, drowsiness alert, trailer stability control and flank guard complete the range of electronic helpers. Adaptive cruise control with stop and go function is also available as a new option for the Vivaro.

In addition, the storage spaces around the instrument panel and the centre console have been enlarged, making it easier to stow everyday items. This makes the new Opel Vivaro a versatile “workhorse” and load carrier, which also offers the comfort and handling similar to those of a car, making the time behind the wheel more pleasant and relaxing. Opel released details of the new Combo light commercial vehicle (LCV). In addition to a newly designed front end and a new digital cockpit, the new generation compact van, which retains all the advantages of the previous model, is also the first in its market segment to feature state-of-the-art IntelliLux LED Matrix Light. The locally emissions-free new Opel Combo Electric also offers an extended driving range.

In addition to the electrically-driven variant, the new Opel Combo is also available with petrol and diesel engines, with the latter offering an automatic transmission as an alternative to the manual gearbox. With its characteristic Vizor brand fascia familiar from Opel’s newest passenger cars the new Opel Combo is instantly recognisable. Creating a single visual unit that stretches across the front of the vehicle, the Vizor integrates the Blitz brand emblem with the signature front lighting system.

Premiere: IntelliLux LED Matrix Light in Opel Combo class

New Combo is not only the first Opel LCV to be equipped with adaptive, glare-free IntelliLux LED Matrix Light, it is also the first in its class with this technology. As soon as the vehicle leaves urban areas, the matrix headlamps with a total of 14 LED elements automatically switch to high beam and continuously adjust the length and distribution of the light cone. When lights from a car are detected ahead, individual LEDs switch off to cut the car out of the main beam and avoid dazzling fellow drivers. LEDs switch back on automatically as soon as the system detects no lights from other vehicles

In addition to optimum night-time vision, the new Opel Combo Electric also offers an extended driving range. The all-electric new compact van, with a choice of Eco, Normal and Power driving modes, can travel up to 330 kilometres on a single charge of its new 50 kWh battery (WLTP combined cycle2), 50 km further than its predecessor. This is made possible by further development of the all-electric drivetrain and – for the first time in the Combo – a highly efficient heat pump that helps to conserve battery range in low temperatures. Powered by the newest generation electric motor with 100 kW/136 hp and 270 Newton metres of torque, the new Combo Electric can reach a top speed of 130 km/h. With a 7.4 kW on-board charger as standard (11 kW optional), the battery can be recharged to 80 per cent of its capacity in less than 30 minutes at a 100 kW public charging station.

New Opel Combo Electric: Uncompromised, locally emissions-free transportation

Outstanding strength of the new Opel Combo Electric remains its ability to transport and tow heavy loads. Like its predecessor, the new all-electric compact van continues to offer up to 4.4 cubic metres of class-leading storage space (the same as its combustion engine siblings), while the 780 kg payload and the 750 kg towing capacity are both best in class.

To optimise the driving experience still further, the Combo’s cockpit and ergonomics have also received an upgrade in user-friendliness. The new infotainment systems with 10-inch colour touchscreens use – for the first time in Opel LCVs – the integrated Snapdragon Cockpit Platform from Qualcomm Technologies1, enabling enhanced graphics, multimedia and computer vision capabilities. The systems are compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Alternatively, the new Combo is available with an innovative smartphone station. After connecting to the station via a dedicated app, the user’s smartphone becomes the vehicle’s infotainment control panel, also interacting with the steering wheel buttons. In the new Combo Electric, paddles behind the all-new steering wheel enable the driver to select three levels of recuperation for the regenerative braking system.

Safer manoeuvring: Rear and side cameras deliver images to digital rear view mirror

When it comes to protecting its occupants and other road users, the new generation Opel Combo remains a class leader. The new safety highlight is Dynamic Surround Vision. The system comprises two cameras, one located above the rear doors and another under the passenger-side exterior mirror. The two images – of the rear while driving and (when activated by the indicator stalk) of the side blind-spot – are displayed in the new high-definition digital rear view mirror. In comparison to conventional mirrors, the system provides increased vision, enabling the driver to manoeuvre more safely.

Additional safety is offered by the extensive range of up to 18 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) – many as standard – including Intelligent Speed Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Advanced Emergency Braking and Driver Attention Alert. Adaptive Cruise Control is optionally available.

Technologically advanced, spacious and able to shoulder heavy loads, the new Opel Combo is a convincing choice for professionals in the market for a capable compact van. Making no compromises on functionality, the new all-electric variant also boasts the strengths of its combustion engine siblings combined with the ability to operate locally emissions-free in suburban as well as urban areas. Opel sets another milestone on the way to becoming an all-electric brand: The Astra is fully electric for the first time in its long success story. The new Opel Astra Electric offers locally emissions-free driving pleasure even for longer journeys. According to WLTP 1, up to 418 kilometres can be covered without a charging stop; and that in a quiet and light-footed manner, because the new Astra Electric weighs only 1,679 kilograms. That is a big advantage which is noticeable with every step on the pedal and in every curve.

The new Opel Astra Electric underlines the electrifying driving pleasure with an equally inspiring, clear and bold design and top equipment. Numerous electronic aids are on board as standard. In addition, the IntelliDrive 2.0 system with semi-automatic lane change assist and intelligent speed adaptation is available as an option for the first time with the battery-electric Astra. Comfort is enhanced by AGR-certified ergonomic Active Sport driver’s seat as standard, while the fully digital Pure Panel Pro cockpit with two 10-inch displays and Multimedia infotainment system ensures the best in connectivity and entertainment. The new Opel Astra Electric GS can be leased in Germany for monthly rates starting at €399.

Opel Astra customers can now choose from more drivetrain alternatives than for any other model with the “Blitz”. In addition to highly efficient combustion engines, the Astra is already available as an electrified plug-in hybrid including the new top-of-the-line model, the Astra GSe. And the range will be complemented this year by the battery-electric Astra Sports Tourer Electric, as the first all-electric estate from a German carmaker.

Efficient, emotional, everyday suitability: Driving fun with responsibility

The new Opel Astra Electric conveys pure locally emissions-free driving fun. The electric motor delivers 115 kW/156 hp and a powerful 270 Newton metres of maximum torque – both available from the first touch of the accelerator pedal, ensuring brisk starts. The low kerb weight of 1,679 kilogrammes contributes further to the lively progress. Also, while many other electric cars are limited to 150 km/h or 160 km/h, the new Astra Electric has a top speed of 170 km/h. Depending on preferences, Astra Electric drivers can choose between the three driving modes Eco, Normal and Sport.

The energy is stored in a 54 kWh lithium-ion battery. The energy is stored in a compact 54-kWh lithium-ion battery, which offers efficient packaging, low weight, exemplary range and short charging times. The five-door can cover up to 418 kilometres locally emissions-free in accordance with WLTP 1  and requires just 14.8 kWh of electricity per 100 kilometres (WLTP 2). The regenerative braking system ensures that energy can be recovered while driving. Even when the battery-electric Astra needs to be recharged, this only means a short “pit stop” at a charging point. Opel Astra Electric can be charged to 80 per cent of the battery capacity in under 30 minutes at a 100 kW direct current fast charging station. In addition, the all-electric Opel Astra is equipped as standard with a three-phase 11-kW onboard charger for the wall box at home.

The battery is located in the underbody, so no space for passengers and luggage is lost in the interior. Even with the rear seats up, Opel Astra Electric offers 352 litres of luggage space in the boot – with the seats folded down, the capacity increases to up to 1,268 litres. Another advantage: The low position of the battery also lowers the car’s centre of gravity, so that Opel Astra Electric has a solid stance on the road and the driver can take a sporty seating position. In addition, the torsional stiffness has been increased by 31 per cent compared to the already outstanding values of other Astra model variants.

Opel Astra Electric GS: Top equipment and top design as standard equipment

Thanks to the torsional rigidity of the body and the extensive noise attenuation measures, Opel Astra Electric occupants enjoy a particularly high level of comfort. For example, the laminated windows (standard equipment) effectively keep ambient noise and driving sounds away from the interior. The ergonomic Active Sport driver’s seat offers Opel Astra Electric drivers the highest level of seating comfort à la Opel. The seat, which has been certified by “Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.” (AGR; Campaign for Healthier Backs), offers excellent lateral stability and a wide range of manual and electric adjustment options.

The extensive list of assistance systems as standard equipment ranges from front collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, lane keep assist and traffic sign recognition, to drowsiness detection, adaptive cruise control with stop and go function, park pilot at front and rear, and 360-degree IntelliVision camera.

The optional IntelliDrive 2.0 system, which integrates numerous electronic assistants and combines them for the first time with semi-automatic lane-change and intelligent speed adaptation, celebrates its premiere. If the targeted lane is clear, the assistant steers Opel Astra Electric into the desired lane with small steering movements. And intelligent speed adaptation ensures that - if confirmed by the driver - the vehicle's speed is reduced accordingly when a new speed limit is reached or increased up to that limit. In addition to sensors, IntelliDrive 2.0 also uses information from the over-the-air network. IntelliLux LED Pixel Light, with 168 LED elements, increases safety still further.

The fully digital Pure Panel also takes the driver into a modern cockpit world. Utilising the integrated Snapdragon Automotive Cockpit Platform from Qualcomm Technologies 3, the infotainment systems of Opel Astra Electric feature enhanced graphics, multimedia and computer vision functions. The intuitive human-machine interface with two large 10-inch widescreens displays all important functions such as battery charge status or range, while settings such as climate control can still be easily adjusted at the touch of a button. And with the large E-HUD head-up display and natural voice recognition, drivers’ eyes can stay focused on the road and the traffic situation.

Opel Astra Electric conveys a direct, dynamic driving feel at first glance. The new electric model in the Opel range is equipped as standard with 18-inch, five-spoke, light-alloy wheels in high-gloss black, which underline the bold and pure looks. The two-tone paintwork with the roof and exterior mirror-housings in carbon black also ensure that the Opel Astra Electric is an unmistakable eye-catcher.

Perfect proportions and precision down to smallest detail, all packed into a bold and pure appearance – this is new Opel Corsa. Designers have made small car bestseller even more modern and even more stylish. Most striking feature is unmistakable Opel Vizor, characteristic brand face that adorns all new Opel models. Black “Vizor” covers front of  Opel Corsa and seamlessly integrates vehicle grille, Full LED headlights, and central Opel Blitz in one element. Depending on trim level, brand logo on front and rear is presented in eye-catching black or matt satin silver. Thanks to numerous new features, Opel Corsa also creates a modern feel-good atmosphere in interior. New seat patterns as well as a new shift lever and steering wheel design all contribute. Engineers are continuously working on further developments and new Opel Corsa benefits from this commitment. A total of 14 instead of eight individually controllable LED elements ensure a stadium-bright driving experience that now “cuts out” other road users even more precisely than before.

Opel Corsa Electric will come with two electric drive options: Small car bestseller will be offered with 100 kW/136 hp and a further improved range of up to 357 kilometres 2, as well as with 115 kW/156 hp and up to 402 kilometres range according to WLTP 2. So Opel Corsa Electric is not only highly efficient – with its battery electric power and 260 Newton meters of torque on tap, it also ensures pure driving pleasure in any case. And when Opel Corsa Electric needs to be recharged, it can be done quickly. At a fast charger, the battery reaches up to 80 percent of its total capacity in just 30 minutes (20-80 percent) 4.

Newcomers to drive range also offer driving fun with responsibility: For first time, Opel will offer customers option of switching to hybrids with a 48-volt system. 74 kW/100 hp and 100 kW/136 hp engines come with a new dual-clutch automatic transmission. In the future, they will complement the wide range of economical drive variants from highly efficient combustion engines to all-electric Opel Corsa Electric, thus consistently continuing the electrification of brand.
